Pick up will a paid invoice starting Mon. June 24th – Wed. June 27h, from 8am – 4pm 

MUST FOLLOW THESE SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS IF YOU ARE A BUYER: 

Customer Must call for appointment in order to pick up items.  

Contact Info will be listed on paid invoice.  

If an appointment is NOT made, customer will be turned away! 

Customer MUST have paid invoice with valid photo ID for pick up. 

Customer MUST get receipt stamped at time of pick up for deposit.   

Receipt WILL NOT be stamped at a later date. 

Pallets WILL NOT be broken down on site. 

If a freight company is hired, freight company MUST have their own loading equipment, such as pallet jacks, tie straps etc… Buyers must call our office to make an appointment and provide the freight company with proper documentation for pick up. {copy of paid buyers’ receipt, driver’s license’s} 

NOTE FOR LIVE & ONLINE BUYERS:$100.00 DEPOSIT WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR INVOICE FOR THIS EVENT. Reimbursement will be determined when all items purchased are picked up and cleared by our staff, nothing is to be left behind. Keep in mind that if you pay with a credit/debit card, your reimbursement will be mailed to you in the form of a check. If you come in in person to pay cash, we will then return your deposit in the form of cash when all items are removed. You will have MON. thru WED. 8AM – 4:00PM to clear all items purchased from the facility unless special arrangement is made for Transport Only. If you remove items after the time frame, we may allow it, but you will still lose your deposit.  We appreciate your patience & thank you in advance for your efforts!  

NO LOADING ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE.  DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER, WE STRONGLY SUGGEST ITEMS TO BE PICKED DURING THE TIME FRAME GIVEN.  WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ITEMS THAT GET WEATHERED, DAMAGED OR LEFT BEHIND. 

Items must be paid on the day of sale or within 48 hours (Next Business Day) of the purchase at our location (2101 I-69C Edinburg, Tx) or by Phone/Wire Transfer. We accept all major credit/debit cards for the full amount in person.  If paid with a credit/debit card over the phone, the total is not to exceed $1,500 of the purchase amount.  If your amount exceeds $1,500 total, you must wire the funds to the account information shown at the bottom of your unpaid invoice emailed to you.  You must call our office to complete the process before charging your credit/debit card. Please respect the process and follow our instructions. Items are to be removed from the premises with a paid invoice.  Mon. – Wed. 8am – 4:00pm. 

Bond & Bond Auctioneers, Office Hours: 9am – 4:30pm. All items left behind will revert to Bond & Bond & your Deposit will be lost. NO Exceptions!
