Note: In order to purchase a handgun/firearm, you MUST be at least 21 years of age and have a current, valid Driver’s License or an I.D. Card. The D.L. or I.D. Card must have your current physical address & a photo of you. Resident Aliens must also have a valid Alien Registration Card. The Buyer must complete a firearms sales form called a 4473. If the Buyer has a valid concealed handgun license, this info is put on the form and the buyer then proceeds. If the buyer DOES NOT have a valid concealed handgun license, A BACKGROUND CHECK MUST BE DONE. Please keep in mind the additional fees that will need to be paid at this Gun Shop. Your paid invoice will instruct you to pick up your firearm at a certain address. $20 LEO or VET & $30 Private Citizen. Out of state buyers will need to pay a shipping fee to the gun shop that is holding the firearm and will then need to contact a local dealer from where they’re from and pay a transfer fee to that dealer to receive it.
WE STRONGLY SUGGEST ITEMS BE PICKED UP STARTING THURSDAY SEPTEMBER 28TH BY APPOINTMENT FROM 10AM – 4:00PM TO THE ADDRESS & PHONE # LISTED ON THE PAID INVOICE. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ITEMS LEFT BEHIND AFTER THE TIME FRAME GIVEN NOR ANY OTHER CONDITIONS THAT THE GUN DEALER MAY HAVE.
Items must be paid on the day of sale or within 48 hours (Next Business Day) of the purchase at our location (2101 I-69C Edinburg, Tx) or by Phone/Wire Transfer. We accept all major credit/debit cards for the full amount in person. If paid with a credit/debit card over the phone, the total is not to exceed $1,500 of the purchase amount. If your amount exceeds $1,500 total, you must wire the funds to the account information shown at the bottom of your unpaid invoice emailed to you. You must call our office to complete the process before charging your credit/debit card. Please respect the process and follow our instructions. Items are to be removed from the premises with a paid invoice. Mon. – Wed. 9am – 4:30pm.
